Rust Game Bans

Any user caught having a sub-60-day game ban on a previous Rust account will be banned. Additionally, if you have more than 2 Rust game bans regardless of how long ago you will be banned on any future made account you create. However, regardless of this rule, admins still reserve the right to ban and keep a player banned if they see fit for any reason.

Group Limit

Any form of teaming/allying outside of the server(s) specified group limit rule is subject to being banned. Further specification below.

• Players on the server may trade ONLY at shop fronts or Outpost.
• You may swap out teammates mid-wipe but only if they’re not returning back on the server, and you must remove them from TC/Bags and change door codes
• You can ONLY run/live with/farm with the server’s specified amount, and any more will make you subject to be banned.
• No allying of any sort, however you can establish a no-raid agreement if you wish. But in no way assisting another team.

Glitching

Any form of exploiting/abuse of a glitch of any sort is not permitted and failure to comply may/will result in a kick/ban. If you find a glitch please report to an administrator or post it in #glitches-bugs

Hacking

Any hackers caught on the server will be instantly banned. If you wish to report a hacker please use the built-in F7 report system as ourselves, and Facepunch see those. Additionally, no refunds are issued if you’re banned from the server whilst having VIP.

Association with a Hacker

Any form of clear association/teaming with a hacker will result in a ban of the entire group associated to the hacker. This is strictly enforced so please be mindful of who you play/team with. Additionally, no refunds are issued if you’re banned from the server whilst having VIP.

Spam

Any sort of chat/discord spam is subject to mute/temp mute. Plain and simple. This also goes into any sort of spam/grief, even in-game such as with entities, walling monuments, china walls, etc. Any sort of spamming or excessive behavior may be dealt with accordingly by staff. This does not mean griefing other players is against any rules, that’s part of the game. This is solely focused on exploitative griefing of the map/server itself

may include the following, but not limited to:

• A ‘china wall’ where a wall takes up a large majority of land.
• Walling off a monument or the majority of one potentially affecting the experience of other players trying to visit it
• Surrounding an unreasonable plot of land with or without auto-turrets solely to occupy/grief it

Exceptions: You may wall mining quarries and the small substations around the outside of the map but not any core monuments such as, but not limited to: Fuel Station, Market, Cobalt HQ, Warehouse, Oxygen Factory, Oilrig, etc

Racism

Racism is not tolerated on our server or discord server. If you’re caught being racist you are subject to kick/mute/ban.

Language/Communications

Please keep all languages English only in text channels/game chat. If failing to keep English only it may result in a temp mute. Please use a translator if you must chat and don’t understand English.

If your ban was denied and you continue speaking/disputing it in public channels admins do entirely reserve the right to the following:

• Timing the user out (timeout)
• Kicking the user from Discord
• Banning the user from Discord

This also applies to other users as well trying to defend their friends, etc. ProjectNova.gg only applies bans with 100% certainty and evidence that we do not share with anyone outside of our team, however, if there’s any error on our part it will be corrected swiftly.

Chargebacks

Any chargebacks issued from buying VIP and filing a chargeback with Paypal will result in a ban across our entire community. If you have any sort of payment related issues please contact support.

Admin Rights

Admins reserve the right to mute/kick/ban/delete or any other action as seen fit even if the said circumstance isn’t exactly listed within this page.
